The one thing that can make or break a child's camp experience is the staff!
The greatest strength or weakness any camp can have is its staff. Camp Y-Owasco prides itself on hiring, training, and guiding staff excellently. Camp staff--especially counselors--do more than just watch kids and play games. They create the culture and fuel the spirit of camp, and that's why they're the second-most important group of people in the world to us. (Campers are the first!)
